Back In The Air!

 Just a quick one today...

I was finally able to get the Inspire 1 back in the air for a bit! Here's a shot looking at the house, and yours truly sitting on the porch with the controller. The camera on this drone is so sharp and clear!

 The drone has a bit of a problem raising / lowering the landing legs, so I need to see what's going on there.

Sadly, the Mavic won't fly again. The controller will not even power on, and it won't charge when connected to the charger. I tried connecting with DJI's Support, but was told that the Mavic (which sold for about $1200) was "out of life" and not being supported any longer.

I've ordered a new small drone very similar to the Mavic. It's called the "Black Falcon 4K" and seems to be the hottest drone on the market lately. It should arrive next week, so we'll see what it does. It's not nearly as expensive as most of DJI's drones. And it has a 90-day return policy.

THE MAVIC IS BACK IN THE AIR!

I was able to fix the problem with the controller and get her flying again! More coming soon along with some pics! 👍👍😁
